The Mount Utsayantha Regional Arts League was founded in 1983 to promote the arts in the Greater Stamford Area. Since its first exhibition of the paintings of Lamont Warner, MURAL has featured, promoted, and sold the work of regional artists.

 

Our mission is to encourage development of the arts by promoting local and regional artists through exhibitions and sales of their artwork.  MURAL welcomes community participation and support from both individuals and local businesses.

 

We hope the MURAL on Main Gallery continues to be a meeting place for local organizations and a cultural destination for visitors.  MURAL offers the community a variety of exhibitions, art related workshops, demonstrations, literary events, and receptions to meet the artists.

 

Please stop by the gallery and see for yourself. MURAL on Main is located at 631 Main Street, Hobart, NY 13788. Our gallery hours are Saturdays and Sundays from 12-4pm or by appointment, (607)538-3002.  During winter, the gallery is open by appointment only.
