MURAL is proud to coordinate the first AMR- Artists Making aRt- Open Studio Tour in the Mt. Utsayantha region on July 8th and 9th, 2017, 11a.m.-5p.m. This two day, self-guided tour will bring visitors into local art studios to learn about the processes and inspiration for artists' work. The MURAL AMR Tour route will extend from Delhi to Stamford along State Route 10.

 

This is a chance for both community members and visitors to our region to learn about the artists and artisans who work and live in Delaware County, and who are inspired by the beauty and natural resources of the Catskills.  Studio visits are an exciting way to learn the intimate details of how art is made in the Catskills.

 

The MURAL Open Studios Tour is partnered with the Margaretville-Roxbury communities' Open Studios Tour, scheduled for July 29-30, 2017, as part of a long term vision for recognition of art and artists in Delaware County, NY.

This event is made possible, in part, with funds from the Decentralization Program, a regrant program of the New York State Council on the Arts with the support of Governor Andrew Cuomo and the New York State Legislature and administered by the Roxbury Arts Group, with additional funding from the A.
